Paulding & Company provided a variety of culinary-based services. We hosted group cooking events, including corporate team building, private parties of all sorts, and intimate, interactive wedding rehearsal dinners, where the families got to know one another while cooking their dinner. Cooking and dining together is a wonderful way to build camaraderie, with an almost alchemical effect of bringing a group of people together as they create and then enjoy a delicious meal together. Although we no longer offer our services, we highly recommend this form of gathering together!
Our children's summer camp gets rave reviews from kids and parents alike. Staffed with professional chefs and teachers, it provides a unique life-long learning experience for participants from age 9 to 18. Camp is continuing for the 2018 summer, and registration is open.
