Paulding & Company provides a variety of culinary-based services. We host group cooking events, including corporate team building, private parties of all sorts, and intimate, interactive wedding rehearsal dinners, where the families get to know one another while cooking their dinner. Cooking and dining together is a wonderful way to build camaraderie, with an almost alchemical effect of bringing a group of people together as they create and then enjoy a delicious meal together.
Our catering team will create carefully tailored menus for corporte and private events, both on-site in our kitchen and dining area, or at the venue of your choice. A variety of public cooking classes are taught, in our kitchen, by experienced and passionate chefs. Our children's summer camp gets rave reviews from kids and parents alike. Staffed with professional chefs and teachers, it provides a unique life-long learning experience for participants from age 9 to 18.
