Join Doug Eng from ITK Culinary in the first of three Dim Sum classes, where you'll get hands working on creating mouth watering treats.  Doug will guide you through ingredients, techniques and tips to uncover the secrets on Dim Sum.  Each class will focus on 5-6 different items, so come and explore the delicious world of Dim Sum.

In this first class, we'll get the anchor dishes down.  Plus, we'll talk about what you'll need as equipment for creating Dim Sum at home. Class will be 2.5-3 hours.
