There is an old Calabrian saying: "To get married, a girl has to know how to shape pasta 15 different ways." In this class you will learn to make some of those traditional homemade pasta shapes. We will take just flour and water and create four shapes, as well as the sauces to go along with each one. All the shapes that we will make are made with egg-less dough. We'll finish our pasta feast with a salad of baby greens.

Dromesat (A Calabrian Arbereshe pasta dish)
Fusilli Calabresi (Homemade pasta rolled around a knitting needle)
Cavatelli con Crema di Zucchine ("Gnocchi" shaped pasta with zucchini and herb sauce)
Maccheroni Larghi alla Pecorara (Wide Noodles with Ricotta and Tomato Sauce)
Insalata Verde (Baby greens salad)

 
 
 

 

Paulding & Company Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only issued when we are notified 5 or more days prior to a class, or for classes that fill and have a waitlist. If you cancel less than 5 days, but more than 48 hours before a class, a credit towards a future class will be issued, but you must notify Paulding & Company and receive confirmation within that time frame. If you must cancel less than 48 hours before a class, you may send someone in your place. We regret that no credit can be issued for late cancellations or missed classes. Please note that some teachers have individual policies that differ, be sure to read these when you register!
