Every year we wonder how to schedule around the Fourth of July holiday. This year we’ve decided to try something unique!
The whole week will be devoted to Festive Foods. On the 4th we will have a short class, from 9:00 – 12:00. Our students will spend the morning preparing 4th of July side dishes, and everyone will bring home a four-person serving of each dish we make. No lunch will be served this day, as we expect everyone will be heading off to BBQ, armed wit h the side dishes they made in class. We will serve snacks mid-morning, as usual. The cost for the week is the same, as we will be making up for the lost hours of class on Tuesday with the take home goodies for the family.
The rest of the week will be a festival of epic proportion, as we create an array of dazzling dishes. By week’s end we will have created a feast to share with our families.
