Every year we wonder how to schedule around the Fourth of July holiday. This year we’ve decided to try something unique!

The whole week will be devoted to Festive Foods. On the 4th we will have a short class, from 9:00 – 12:00. Our students will spend the morning preparing 4th of July side dishes, and everyone will bring home a four-person serving of each dish we make.  No lunch will be served this day, as we expect everyone will be heading off to BBQ, armed wit h the side dishes they made in class. We will serve snacks mid-morning, as usual. The cost for the week is the same, as we will be making up for the lost hours of class on Tuesday with the take home goodies for the family.Image

The rest of the week will be a festival of epic proportion, as we create an array of dazzling dishes. By week’s end we will have created a feast to share with our families.

Friday, July 7 9:00 – 12:00 class, 12:00 – 2:00 celebration with families

Summer camps, Week-long classes
Tuition Payments
50% of tuition is due at the time of checkout, the balance will be automatically charged on May 22, 2017, unless otherwise arranged. 
There is a 10% non-refundable deposit for each class.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Refunds, minus the deposit, are only issued when we are notified more than 2 weeks prior to the start of class, or for classes that fill and have a waitlist. If you cancel less than two weeks, but more than 48 hours before a class, a credit towards a future class will be issued, but you must notify Paulding & Company and receive confirmation within that time frame. We regret that no credit can be issued for late cancellations or missed classes. 
 

Year-round, Single-day classes
Tuition Payments

Discounts and Financial Aid
Sibling and Multi-class discounts: First child/class tuition will be calculated at full price. Second child/class tuition will receive $50 off tuition.  
Discounts will be automatically applied at the time of check out.
