We round out our 2017 summer season with a nurturing class focused on well-rounded meals and delectable desserts.
Each day our class will prepare an entire, balanced meal, and an accompanying seasonal sweet. This may be an old-time favorite, like chicken paprikash, spaetzle, and oven roasted broccolini, with peach and blackberry crisp; or Grandma's spaghetti with slow cooked ragu, farmer’s market salad, and homemade ice cream sundaes… There will be time for following recipes, and time for spontaneous creations. Students will leave class at the end of the week with several meal plans they can execute at home.
Lunch and snacks are included in this class.
